Description
Industrial Ozone Generating Equipment.
Disinfection and oxidation.
Industrial ozone. Ozone is the most powerful oxidant that can be used in water treatment and is therefore particularly suitable for the removal of organic contaminants, color, odor and taste.
In addition to oxidation, industrial ozone also disinfects effectively. The production and use of ozone generates by-products that are much less polluting than other similar disinfectants and oxidants. Due to its high re-activity, the ozone in the water will decompose to its original oxygen form within minutes, leaving no residues such as chlorine.

Industrial ozone generator OZONFILT® Compact OMVb.
Ozone production 20 – 70 g of ozone/h
The compact OZONFILT® Ozone OMVb unit has a modular design and is mounted on a stainless steel frame.
Industrial ozone water is generated in sufficient quantities and in constant concentrations in the system’s contact and deaerator tanks. From there, it is pumped to the point of application. The ozone concentration can be adjusted as required and is controlled and kept constant by means of measuring and control circuits. Depending on the application, the ozone water is pumped by system pressure or by one or more drainage pumps at the point of application.
Advantages:
- High process reliability with a completely preassembled industrial ozone treatment step with fully integrated components.
- Complete installation with tubing and wiring mounted on stainless steel frame and ready for connection.
- Highly customizable modular design.
- The industrial ozone generator is pressurized according to DIN19627.
- Residual ozone removal and consequences Residual ozone removal.
- Monitors the presence of ozone residues in the ambient air with calibrated gas alarm equipped with a stable sensor.

DIN 19627-compliant industrial ozone generation
Industrial ozone is pressurized produced using OZON FILT® OZVb in fecal ozone.
The controller
manages the entire process and ensures ozone levels according to measurements. The entire process is displayed on the touch screen for easy management. High-quality controls for industrial applications provide extensive signal exchange with superior control systems.
Ozone mixture
This module contains an ozone dosing point and a stainless steel downstream mixing step with a series of fixed mixing elements connected in series to mix the ozone/air mixture with the water to be treated. Ozone hoses and tubing from the raw water connector to the contact vessel inlet are made of stainless steel and are pressure tested at the factory.
When the back pressure is up to bar, ozone is generated due to the overpressure and no nozzle is needed to separate the ozone.
Contact tank and degassing
Stainless steel tank with all the necessary components for water circulation. Ensure sufficient contact time and effective degassing.
Emission system
As soon as the nominal ozone concentration is reached, ionized water is pumped to the point of application as needed. This is done by means of a pump or a drainage system using one or more drainage pumps.
Residual ozone removal
Residual ozone eliminators with built-in water separators are used to safely remove insoluble ozone in the outlet pipe of the contact vessel.
Gas detector
The presence of ozone leakage in the environment is monitored by a gas detector equipped with an electrochemical sensor. If the alarm threshold is exceeded, ozone production will stop and an alarm will be triggered. Simultaneously, the siren will sound.

Industrial ozone generator OZONFILT® OZMa
Ozone generation 70 to 735 g ozone/h
The OZONFILT® OZMa generator provides maximum operational reliability with minimum operating costs. The ozone equipment is maintenance-free and produces up to 735 g / h of ozone from compressed air or oxygen.
By using an oxygen concentrator it is possible to generate ozone with concentrations of up to 150 g/Nm3. Depending on the type of installation, ozone is generated in 1 to 3 generators from oxygen stored in cylinders or obtained from special oxygen generators. If suitable mixing systems are used, ozone concentrations of up to 90 ppm, depending on the temperature, can be achieved in the water to be treated.
Advantages:
- High cost-effectiveness: the generator is maintenance-free and has a virtually unlimited service life.
- Self-adjusting and air-drying as needed can save up to 30% energy in air handling compared to traditional systems.
- It automatically adjusts the service gas according to ozone production, which reduces the consumption of service gas and the energy required to produce that gas.
- The high ozone concentration guarantees optimum ozone solubility in water.
- Direct injection system without back pressure up to 2 bar.
- Use the DULConneX platform to monitor the installation in real time from anywhere: Improve process safety.
- Improve reliability and transparency with real-time monitoring and the use of unique alarms and automated reports.
