How does disinfection with UV light radiation work?

The UV lamp emits powerful ultraviolet light and incorporates the natural energy of ultraviolet light, to eliminate microbiological contamination. Water enters the bottom of the reactor chamber and rotates around a mercury vapor lamp at the outlet, the bulb is protected by a quartz sleeve or tube covering it.

The UV radiation reaches the microorganisms and they absorb the light energy, which alters the DNA and prevents their reproduction.

This type of system is ideal for use as a system to eliminate bacteria, viruses and biological pathogens, either to be placed at the entrance of the house, for biologically unsafe water (private wells), and for commercial purposes such as: bottling of demijohns, swimming pools, restaurants, spas and any other place where you want to disinfect the water.
