These filters have high density polyethylene collectors, which ensure easy installation, strength and durability.

WATER AND ENERGY SAVINGS.

AZUD HELIX AUTOMATIC
Cleaning stage: Cleans each module sequentially, while the rest of the equipment is in the filtration stage, which allows not stopping the flow of filtered water for backwashing. The solids expelled from the discs are evacuated through the drain trap.
Water flow in filtration: Filtered water is introduced in the opposite direction through the filter element structures, decompressing the disc stacks and producing backwash. Once this module is clean, it is put in filtration stage and starts again with the compression of the discs.
Helix system during filtration: The helix generates a centrifugal helical effect, which moves away from the particle discs in the water. disc filters perform a depth filtration process.

One of the most successful examples of this type of watershed management is the Irrigation Communities. These communities are consortiums of farmers who are responsible for organizing the collective use of public surface and groundwater.
