Industrial Ultraviolet UV Light up to 800 m3/h

$1.00

Industrial ultraviolet UV light up to 800 cubic meters per hour (m3/h).

Water disinfection for high flows

  • Drinking water (potabilization)
  • Bottled water
  • Industrial or production water.
  • Swimming pool water.

Description

Ultraviolet UV light equipment for high flow rates

UV-C light radiation with a wavelength in the range of 240 to 280 nm is able to directly attack the DNA of bacteria and germs. They lose their reproductive capacity and are eliminated. Compared to chemical disinfectants, it efficiently reduces even the most resistant parasites, such as cryptosporidia or giardia.

Disinfect drinking water.

Not using chlorine and other oxidants in some cases is important. Oxidants such as ozone, chlorine or chlorine dioxide decompose safely in process water in the food and pharmaceutical industry, but not immediately, so sometimes we do not want to have water with these oxidants in the process line. In these cases it is better to use UV light as a germicidal method, in addition to avoiding the use of activated carbon filters to eliminate chlorine.

Advantages of UV treatment

Disinfects instantly and safely without the addition of chemicals. The sterilization action is carried out independently of the pH value. It does not create undesirable substances and does not alter the odor or taste of the water. There is also no need to store or handle chemicals. In addition, there is no reaction stage or extended contact time. UV equipment requires very little space, very low operating and investment costs, high reliability and high performance.

Advantages

  • UV sterilization system Thanks to the sophisticated hydraulic system of the equipment and the optimized flow in the inlet zone, uniform irradiation of the entire water flow.
  • Use of the automatic cleaning system of the UVC UV irradiator.
  • System control with numerous monitoring and reporting functions.
  • Displays all important operating parameters and clears fault signals.
  • Displays the time curve trends of the UV sensor signals.
  • Analog sensor output and fault relay signal.
  • Electronic ballast status monitor with technical bus to improve radiator ignition and prevent radiator overload.
  • Radiator control
  • Automatic shut-off valve and direct operation of the drain valve.

UV equipment available:

UV lamp Dulcodes LP

Flow rate up to 523 m3/h

The main advantage is its electrical savings, using electronic dimmers and Vario-Flux irradiators, which can be quickly and precisely dimmed over a wide capacity range of up to 50% of the rated electrical power. This ensures automatic adaptation to changes in water flow and temperature at all times.

Efficiency is increased even in low power mode, which has a particularly positive effect when the actual flow rate is below the maximum possible of the UV equipment.

Note: these equipments can be optionally ordered with certifications according to international standards DVGW / ÖNORM / SVGW / ACS / UVDGM.

Advantages

  • Safe and chemical-free water disinfection in many applications.
  • The unique dynamic radiator heating system adjusts power in seconds to ensure optimal sterilization at different flow rates and temperatures.
  • Thanks to optimized flow dynamics, the uniform dose reactor of the UV lamp ensures maximum flow with low pressure drop and a minimum number of emitters.
  • VarioFlux emitter with high performance and durability, low energy consumption, high efficiency to reduce UV life cycle cost. 14,000 hours guaranteed irradiator life (pro rata)
  • DUL ConneX Platform Monitor the system in real time from anywhere: Improve process reliability and transparency with real-time monitoring and the use of unique alarms and automated reports.

Applications

  • Drinking water treatment
  • Water for use in industrial production lines.
  • Food and beverage manufacturing.
  • Swimming pool water.
