The Aquafine Trojan UV Logic series is a highly versatile industrial ultraviolet light water treatment system using amalgam technology, with broad capabilities for many industrial applications. Available in multiple configurations, it has proven its reliability in thousands of installations worldwide.
Aquafine forchlorine and chloramines using Trojan UV Logic TM series amalgam lamp technology are the systems of choice to meet the stringent water quality standards of industrial process, laboratory and food and beverage industries. The L-shaped reactor design was developed using advanced computer modeling, resulting in 40% higher hydraulic efficiency than conventional systems.
The Aquafine Trojan UV Logic lamp series consists of a 316L stainless steel treatment chamber and a UL TYPE 3R 304 stainless steel control cabinet with a microprocessor-based controller. A maximum cable length of 15 feet ( 5 m) is available. The compact size maximizes installation flexibility and conserves floor space with the ability to mount in-line, horizontally or vertically.
Single-ended lamps and quartz sleeves allow the lamp a quick standby change without the need for tools, and features an optional manual or automatic sleeve cleaning system, which can be operated while the reactor is online. In addition to a comprehensive list of standard features, each system undergoes rigorous quality control and electronic functionality and hydrostatic pressure testing before leaving our facilities.
