Advantages

DISC FILTRATION . MAXIMUM SECURITY . Its studied design and the materials used in its manufacture guarantee a long life and high resistance.

HELIX WEIR SYSTEM .

Optimization of performance and the frequency and intensity of minimum maintenance work.

SELF-CLEANING

Maximum water savings and cleaning efficiency due to the autonomic backwash system.

COMPACT FILTER

Maximum filtration surface in minimum dimensions.

MAXIMUM EASE OF TRANSPORT AND INSTALLATION

The equipment is already mounted in a rack for easy transportation or change of location, and can also be connected medullarly to increase the flow rate.

LOW-MAINTENANCE FILTERS

No tools required. Maximum resistance, with moving parts not susceptible to wear due to continuous operation.

WATER AND ENERGY SAVINGS.

The cleaning process is done in seconds, so we can save up to 80% of the water used by a conventional sand or multimedia filter and up to 50% in energy consumption for backwash pumping.

AZUD HELIX AUTOMATIC 201 DISC FILTER

It carries out the backwashing process and the filtration process successively.

Filtration stage: The propeller generates a centrifugal helical effect, which moves away from the discs the particles in the water.

Through the discs, the filtration process was carried out in depth.

Water flow stages: The filtered water from the auxiliary filter is introduced in the opposite direction through the filter element structure, decompressing the disc stack and producing the backwash.

The solids expelled from the discs are evacuated through the drain trap.

The filtration stage starts again with the compression of the discs.

The change from one stage to the other coincides with the simultaneous change of the position of the two valves that make up the filtration equipment.
