A flowmeter or rotameter is a tool used to measure the linear, non-linear, mass or volumetric flow rate of a liquid or gas. When choosing flowmeters, intangible components such as the familiarity of the plant personnel, their experience with calibration and maintenance, the availability of spare parts and the average fault history, etc., at the particular plant site must be taken into account.
One of the most frequent errors in flow measurement is the inversion of this sequence: instead of choosing a sensor that works properly, the aim is to justify the use of a device because it is less expensive. Those “economy” purchases have the potential to be the most expensive installations.
A flowmeter or rotameter is of consistent quality with unsurpassed resistance. Using our engineering and injection molding expertise, we have developed a high quality product at a low cost. Our process reduces the chances of human error often associated with handmade machined products.
