Control system with electronic board with R&D MINITROL smart card. It has low pressure protection functions, pretreatment failure, automatic operation by level, fast rinse system (autoflush), automatic restart after failure, start-up delay and signal filtering. Includes multicolor led status indicator and on/off switch. Integrated starter and motor guard inside the panel.
The panel controls the power pump 1.0 hp, 3Ø, 220V. No hydropneumatic required for feed pumping.
The panel also controls the 1.0 hp, 3Ø, 220V booster pump.
Operates according to external signal (filler or similar) protecting it against water shortage. It operates in synchrony with the I.O. equipment. When it receives a backwash signal from 2 filters, it turns off the I.O. equipment and keeps the pump on. It has protection against lack of water.
Package plant for the production of purified (or demineralized) water with a capacity to produce 50 to 75 m3 per day with a maximum service (filling) flow of 80 lpm. Pretreatment includes zeolite and activated carbon filters, as well as antiscalant dosing. The reverse osmosis equipment includes bypass with filter to help give the mineral balance to the purified water. Post treatment includes a 1 micron polisher, U.V. and ozone. Most of the control of the system is done from the reverse osmosis equipment. The feed pump operates (no hydro-pneumatic required) when the reverse osmosis equipment operates or when a filter is backwashed. The osmotic water pump operates when it receives an external signal (from a washing machine, for example). Both pumps are protected against water shortage.
