PEPLYN HA beverage clarifying filter cartridge
Parker’s PEPLYN HA beverage clarification filter cartridges are designed to be the most suitable solution for the removal of impurities, optimizing the clarification of liquids in various applications.

Available lengths: Vary from 10″ (250 mm) to 40″ (1000 mm). Filtration ratings: From 0.6 µm to 125 µm. End plug configuration: Includes options such as BF / 222 Bayonet, BF / 226 Bayonet, Fin / 222, among others. Seal material: Available in EPDM and Silicone. Materials of manufacture:
- Filtration Media: Polypropylene
- Lid insert: 316L Stainless Steel
Operating temperature: Maximum continuous operating temperature 70°C (158°F) Higher short-term temperatures during CIP (Clean in Place) under the following conditions:
- Up to 20°C (68°F) @ 5.0 bar (72.5 psi)
- Up to 40°C (104°F) @ 4.0 bar (58.0 psi)
- Up to 60°C (140°F) @ 3.0 bar (43.5 psi)
- Up to 80°C (176°F) @ 2.0 bar (29.0 psi)
- Up to 90°C (194°F) @ 1.0 bar (14.5 psi)
- 100°C (steam) (>212°F) @ 0.3 bar (4.0 psi)
Specifically designed to clarify beverages
The beverage clarification filter with its various pleats retains the variety of particles on the surface and depth of the medium, providing optimum quality filtration for bottling plant systems, specifically for intermediate storage.
High performance and long service life.
A beverage clarification filter is capable of resisting clogging, even with high particle loads at high flow rates. Its large surface area in conjunction with its porosity allows its useful life to be increased by constant backwashing.
Diversity of configurations
Thanks to their variety of models, contaminants ranging in size from 0.6µm to 125µm can be filtered, so they can be considered for various needs and clarification levels in more than one industry or type of beverage.
