The Parker PREPOR NG microbial and fine particle reduction filter PREPOR NG

Parker’s PREPOR NG microbial and fine particle reduction filter was designed with the help of producers in the beverage industry to ensure efficiency, safety and high process control. Among its features is its robust and durable construction, which ensures the product a long service life. This is due to its high mechanical strength polypropylene body, designed to withstand backwashing and caustic regeneration. This translates into reduced downtime when compared to other alternatives on the market.

Filtration Value (Microns): Filters have different filtration values, including 0.5 µm, 0.6 µm and 1 µm, indicating the size of particles they can filter. End cap configuration: Several configurations are available for filter end caps, such as BF / 222 Bayonet, BF / 226 Bayonet, Fin / 222, Flat Top / 222, Recess / 222 and dh DOE. Seal material: Seal materials include EPDM, Silicone and Viton. Operating Temperature: Maximum continuous operating temperature 70°C (158°F), higher short-term temperatures during CIP.
