EDI Electrodeionization Modules for Ultrapure Water

EDI Electrodeisonization modules are key components in advanced ultrapure water treatment systems, used to purify and demineralize water through a process that combines ion exchange resin and electrodialysis. High temperature stable EDI electrodeinizer for pharmaceutical or WFI purified water

EDI Electropure sanitary high temperature stable XL-HTS modules cover a flow range from 50 l/h to 2.3 m 3 /h (10 gpm) depending on specific customer needs. They are designed for periodic disinfection with hot (or cold) water. The modules are stable for heat cycles up to 85 °C, for more than 104 cycles. Normal sanitization with hot water is 72-80°C. The XL-DER™ hemodialysis EDI modules cover a flow range from 50 l/h to 2.3 m 3 /h (10 gpm), depending on specific customer requirements. This product is optimized to prepare dialysate for hemodialysis centers. When operated as specified, XL-DER can remove an additional 95% of endotoxins from RO permeate, making dialysate even safer for patients.
