CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Order cancellations
- The customer must request cancellation of an order in writing, stating the reasons.

Cancellations are accepted for items in regular stock; they are not accepted for items that Carbotecnia must purchase or manufacture, or for special projects.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any cancellation.
Fees for authorized cancellations

The higher of the following charges will apply:
- 20% of the invoiced value of the canceled goods.
- The total of the expenses incurred by Carbotecnia before and after the cancellation (materials, labor, administrative processes, engineering, work in progress, and other related expenses).
Refunds will be issued within a timeframe that does not affect Carbotecnia’s liquidity, via a personal check or bank transfer made out to the customer who made the purchase.
Product returns
- The customer must request a return of an order in writing, stating the reasons.

Returns are accepted for regular stock items; returns are not accepted for items that Carbotecnia must purchase or produce, or for special projects, except in cases attributable to Carbotecnia (defects, hidden defects, or shipping errors).

The customer will pay the return shipping costs, except when the cause is attributable to Carbotecnia, in which case the shipping cost will be reimbursed.
The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and accompanied by accessories, manuals, and warranty policies.
For authorized returns, the greater of the following charges will apply:
- 20% of the invoice value of the returned merchandise.
- The total of the expenses incurred by Carbotecnia before and after the return (materials, labor, administrative processes, engineering, work in progress, and other related expenses).
Refunds will be issued within 30 calendar days, unless otherwise agreed in writing, via a personal check or electronic transfer in the name of the registered buyer.
