Performance advantages
How to use Betterclean-D Membrane Cleaner?
Application
- Performs a complete system flush at low pressure.
- Prepare the cleaning solution by mixing 1 gallon of chemical with 40 gallons of permeated or deionized (DI) water.
- Fill the CIP tank with the required volume of DI water and add the chemical while mixing and recirculating. If the system is not drained after flushing, consider approximately 4 gallons of water remaining in each 8 “x40” membrane and 1 gallon in each 4 “x40” membrane.
- Rinse thoroughly after each cleaning cycle.
