Installation Instructions:

STEP 1. CUT THE HOSE

Cut the hose at right angles. Make sure that the hose has a smooth outside diameter with no burrs, chamfers, or other marks before inserting it into the fitting. Hose that has not been cut properly can cause drips and leaks.

STEP 2. INSERT THE HOSE

Push the Hose through the crown and O-Ring until it bottoms out against the quick-connect stop. The crown holds the tube in place and the O-ring provides a leak-resistant seal. If you need to remove the tube always re-cut before reconnecting. Burrs in the pipe can cause leakage.

STEP 3. INSPECT AND TEST

Push and pull the Hose in and out of the Quick Connect Hose to make sure it has been installed correctly. Test and inspect the installation for leaks.

REMOVE THE HOSE

To remove the hose, push the crown of the quick connect against the body while pulling the Hose out of the connection to release it. *Press on the quick CONNECTION in the opposite direction.
