Chlorine and chemical dosing pumps Gamma XL Series

The gamma / XLchlorine metering pumps work by means of a magnetic diaphragm and operate in the performance range of 8 to 80 liters per hour at 25 – 2 bar.

The gamma/ XL is as smart, easy to use and durable as its gamma/ X line.

As an intelligent product, it can be connected to the web-based fluid management platform DulconneX.For digital fluid management, the new solenoid-driven metering pump has integrated Profibus and CANopen interfaces for connection to process control systems. In this way, the Gamma XL makes it easy to control, analyze and optimize dosing processes.

Users benefit from the transparency of real-time measured data and increased process reliability.

More efficient process control increases product quality and reduces downtime as well as costs: by optimizing maintenance, reducing chemical consumption and reducing wastewater and disposal costs by minimizing surplus dosing agents. At the same time, customer service can be improved through networking, transparency and automation, and on-time delivery, maintenance and service can be guaranteed.

The metering capacity of magnetic diaphragm metering pumps can be precisely adjusted by means of stroke length and stroke frequency.

This is how magnetic diaphragm metering pumps work:

A magnet moves the magnet shaft back and forth turning it on and off.
This stroke movement is transferred to the metering diaphragm in the metering head.
Two check valves prevent the dosing medium from flowing backwards during the pumping process.
