STAGE 1 – 5 micron pre-filtration for sediment, mechanical reduction of rust and particles, and provides membrane protection.
STAGE 2 – pre-treatment filter with granular activated carbon.
STAGE 3 – Ultrafiltration membrane
STAGE 4 – Alkalinizing cartridge to raise the pH to between 7.5 and 9.5

Maintenance:

- Sediment cartridge, recommended to be changed every 6 to 8 months during regular use.
- Activated carbon cartridge, recommended change every 12 months
- UF ultrafiltration membrane: Change is recommended based on typical use 18 to 24 months
- Alkaline cartridge: 12 months
The purifier retains suspended particles larger than 5 microns (solids, amoebae, etc.). With activated carbon it removes organic contaminants, chlorine, and compounds that give taste, odor and color to the water.
This purifier removes most contaminants and raises the pH of the water to alkalize the water to 7.5 to 9.5. You will be able to drink much healthier safe water.
