AZUD HELIX SISTEM. They optimize performance and the frequency and intensity of minimal maintenance tasks.

AUTO-CLEANING FILTER. Maximum water saving and cleaning efficiency.

AZUD filtration grades range from 5 to 400 microns.

More modules can be added to increase flow. The system allows a wide range of possibilities with a minimum number of components.

WATER AND ENERGY SAVINGS. By not having to backwash a heavy bed of filter media from a conventional filter bed.

AZUD HELIX AUTOMATIC, takes retroactively in a station while the rest of the equipment is in the filtration stage, supplying the installation.

Filtration stage: The propeller generates a centrifugal helical effect, which moves away from the disks of the particles in the water.

Through the discs the depth filtration process is carried out.

Water Flow: The filtered water is introduced in the opposite direction through the structures of the filter elements, decompressing the stacks of disks and producing the backwash or backwash.

The solids expelled from the discs are evacuated by the drain collector.

The filtration stage begins again with the compression of the discs.
