AZUD HELIX AUTOMATIC

It takes retroactively at a station while the rest of the equipment is in the filtration stage, supplying the facility.

Filtration stage: The propeller generates a centrifugal helical effect, which moves away from the disks of the particles in the water.

Disc filters perform a deep filtration process.

Water flow to STAGE: The filtered water is introduced in the opposite direction through the filter element structures, decompressing the stacks of discs and producing the backwash.

The solids expelled from the discs are evacuated by the drain collector.

The filtration stage begins again with the compression of the discs.

Irrigation Community Spain

AZUD provides solutions for centralized filtration and at the plot level in irrigation communities.

The irrigation organization model at the basin level is considered one of the best ways to use the available water efficiently and to carry out the integrated management of this resource.

One of the most successful examples of this type of watershed management is the Irrigation Communities. These Communities are consortiums of farmers who are in charge of organizing the collective use of public, surface and underground waters.

Advantages for Irrigation Communities (CCRR)

Management, distribution and administration of the available water volumes with maximum efficiency and equity.

Collective management of common assets or means: water, storage, conduction and distribution hydraulic works, and easements caused by the works carried out.

Implementation of the necessary infrastructures (network of pipes, filtration systems, water meters, ...) to increase the efficient use of water.

It contributes to reaching and disseminating a collective commitment to maximize water savings by making the user aware of the use of more efficient irrigation systems (localized irrigation).

Training and information. Adequate advice to its partners for the correct performance of the irrigation practice (frequency and duration of irrigation) and maintenance tasks (time, type, frequency and intensity of maintenance work to be carried out).

The contribution of the CCRR in the "efficient use and management of water" translates into a lower environmental impact of irrigation and a higher economic performance of the agricultural sector.
