ZeroSarro

ZeroSarro® has been specifically designed for the treatment of hard water and to ensure the greatest protection against the formation of scale in internal and external pipes, heaters, washing machines, swimming pools and surfaces in the bathroom, kitchen, etc.

The ZeroSarro® system does not require regeneration, chemical feed, electric valve head, or reject water outlet. ZeroSarro® is a continuous upflow system and can be installed at the point of entry to treat the entire system, both hot and cold water, or it can be located at the point of use directly before a water heater that requires protection against hard water.
ZeroSarro® protects against calcium, magnesium, sulfate, silicate and phosphate scale. They reduce or eliminate scale build-up on the internal and external surfaces of pipes, and reduce staining caused by hard water.

It is an environmentally friendly 100% technology based on the nucleation assisted crystallization process or NAC® (Nucleation Assisted Crystallization).

This treatment process consists of transforming the hardness minerals dissolved in water into mechanically and thermally stable insoluble nano-crystal particles. Crystals stay suspended in water without sticking to surfaces, effectively reducing scale and scale deposits on pipes and heaters.

ZeroSarro® is not a water softener. Unlike
softened water, the water treated with ZeroSarro® does not add sodium to the water, it does not waste the water through backwashing, but preserves its essence and its healthy minerals to drink.

The ZeroSarro® system is complete with its load of material, ready to install and put into operation. To install, only a simple hydraulic connection is required for the tank inlet and outlet.
Please check the operating ranges of pressure, temperature and limitations of the chemical characteristics of the water before carrying out the installation and putting the equipment into operation. In case of conditions that are outside the operating parameters indicated in this manual, carry out the necessary corrections before installing and putting the equipment into operation.

Using the ZeroSarro® with other water treatment systems
Due to its unique ZeroSarro® properties, there are some special requirements for using ZeroSarro® in conjunction with other equipment in a water treatment train.

1. The ZeroSarro® system should be the last step in the water treatment train. Filters installed at the point of use (under sink / above sink), for example, activated carbon filter and one-pass reverse osmosis (one membrane), are the exception to this requirement.

2. Do not apply phosphates or any other antiscalant before ZeroSarro® equipment.
