Vitec 3000 | 4000 | 5100 | 7000
Vitec 3000® It is a powerful, broad-spectrum liquid antifouling and dispersant, compatible with organic coagulants. It is highly effective at low dose rates and in a wide range of waters.
This product is a multicomponent antifouling that prevents scale precipitation and disperses colloidal particles in cellulose acetate and polyamide membrane systems. It is compatible with organic coagulants that may be present in feed waters indirectly or directly present as a result of coagulation or flocculation treatment of reverse osmosis (RO) system waters. Other applications for this product include seawater and brackish water for the production of municipal and industrial drinking water.
Vitec 3000 has been approved for use in drinking water production systems in the UK, in accordance with DIN 15040, and by NSF International under NSF / ANSI 60.
Performance benefits:
Powerful against these and other types of elements:
Calcium carbonate, CaCO3
Calcium Sulfate, CaSO4
Barium sulfate, BaSO4
Strontium Sulfate, SrSO4
Calcium fluoride, CaF2
Silica, SiO2
Formulated with a crystal modifying property that distorts the growth of inorganic salt crystals to reduce fouling of systems.
Compatible with polyelectrolyte coagulants.
Economical to use, offering scale inhibition in a low dose range.
Very effective in a wide variety of feed waters and pH ranges.

Vitec 4000® is a liquid antifouling and dispersant that offers excellent inhibition of silica fouling and useful in high silica water system recoveries.
This product is a multicomponent formulation that avoids the precipitation of silica scale in higher concentrations than typical antiscalants, a characteristic that can significantly increase the recovery of the membrane system in high silica feed waters. Vitec 4000 maintains its performance even in reverse osmosis (RO) containing up to 4 mg / l of ferrous iron.
Vitec 4000 is approved for use in potable water production systems in the UK, according to DIN 15040, and by NSF International under NSF / ANSI 60.
Performance:
Powerful against these elements:
Calcium carbonate, CaCO3
Calcium Sulfate, CaSO4
Barium sulfate, BaSO4
Strontium Sulfate, SrSO4
Calcium fluoride, CaF2
Silica, SiO2
Dispersing qualities that reduce colloids and silt on membrane surface fouling.
Excellent dispersant for alum particles.
Compatible with RO / NF Nanofiltration polyamide and cellulose acetate membranes from all major manufacturers.

Vitec® 7000 is a multi-component liquid antifouling and dispersant that provides a high level of sulfate inhibition and enables the recovery of reverse osmosis (RO) systems in difficult waters. Prevents calcium sulfate (CaSO4) from reaching precipitation, allowing up to 7 times saturation. The main application for this product is brackish water or sulfate-rich wastewater. It is successfully applied in industrial applications and municipal water treatment plants.
Vitec 7000 is approved for use in drinking water production systems in the UK England, it is formulated with ingredients approved for use in drinking water systems in Europe and by NSF International under NSF / ANSI 60.
