PRICES

 

  • Prices quoted are EXW factory set.
  • Prices, specifications and product data are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Carbotecnia reserves the right to cancel any negotiation with its clients, as well as to suspend the delivery of the product in the event that the client has not paid yet, is late in payments or defaults.
  • The customer will pay the shipping costs.

 

TERMS OF SALE

 

  • The prices may be in national currency or in US dollars, which will be recorded in writing in the quotation.
  • Products that are priced in dollars must be paid in dollars, or in pesos at the exchange rate published on our website www.carbotecnia.info or, if it is not published, the exchange rate to take is for sale by Citibanamex of payday.
  • The prices do not include IVA. Said tax will be added to the invoice.
  • Installation, training, consulting and start-up are not included in the price of the products, so they will be charged additionally.
  • Customers with late payments will not be delivered merchandise, until authorized by the credit and collections department, based on a written customer commitment.
  • Products and special manufacturing equipment requested by the client will be subject to complying with the terms and conditions detailed in the quotation, and will require an advance payment determined by Carbotecnia for each case.

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

  • The customer must make any request to cancel an order in writing, stating the reasons.
  • Cancellations of regularly inventoried merchandise can be accepted, but cancellations of merchandise orders that Carbotecnia requires to acquire or produce, or those that correspond to special projects, are not accepted.
  • Carbotecnia reserves the right to authorize any cancellation.
  • In cancellations authorized by Carbotecnia, one of the following charges will be made, whichever is greater: (a) 20% on the invoiced value of the canceled merchandise; or (b) The sum of the expenses incurred by Carbotecnia before and after the cancellation, including, but not limited to, the amount equivalent to materials, labor, administrative processes, engineering work, work in process and any other expense generated by Carbotecnia in relation to said order.
  • The refund of the money will be made within a period that does not affect Carbotecnia's liquidity, and by nominative check or bank transfer in the name of the natural or legal person who made the purchase.

 

Shipping

 

  • Orders will be processed until the corresponding payment receipt has been received by email at [email protected] In case there is authorized credit, they will be processed after receiving the purchase order or purchase confirmation, also to the email [email protected], provided that there is no past due balance in the customer's credit.
  • Equipment, materials or products that are in inventory will be shipped no later than two business days after payment has been received.
  • In special manufacturing orders or that are not in inventory, Carbotecnia will inform the time in which you can make the shipment.
  • The customer will pay the shipping costs and can choose the carrier or parcel company of his choice.
  • If for any reason beyond Carbotecnia, the order cannot be delivered within the established time limit, the customer will be notified.
  • Carbotecnia is not responsible for delays in the delivery of products due to causes beyond its control, such as: delays of our suppliers, those who depend on the carrier, shortage of materials, strikes, fires or accidents of a natural nature.
  • Once the orders have been delivered to the carrier or parcel company, the delivery of the product is its responsibility, the client will have the option of taking out insurance.
  • If the client (recipient) wants the carrier or parcel company to assume responsibility for the value of the goods declared and to cover all kinds of risks, including those derived from unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, an additional, equivalent charge must be agreed. to the value of the insurance premium that you contract.
  • When the order has been delivered to a carrier or parcel company, the customer will be informed of the guide number by electronic means, so that he can track it.
  • Shipping costs are not included in the quoted price, except when clearly specified otherwise.
  • The merchandise will be delivered to the address indicated by the client and to the person who is at that time, and who shows an official identification. If no person is found at the indicated address,

(a) If the delivery service is performed by Carbotecnia, it will charge for the next attempt;

(b) If the delivery service is performed by a carrier or parcel company, it will apply its policies.

  • When Carbotecnia personnel have omitted or caused an error in the delivery data, any extra expenses generated will be paid by the person in charge.
  • The client must review well the material received and sign accordingly when appropriate. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE SAME, YOU MUST MAKE YOUR CLAIM AT THE TIME OF RECEIVING, WRITING IN THE GUIDE THE DISCLAIMER AND SUBMITTING YOUR CLAIM IN WRITING TO THE CARRIER OR PACKAGE COMPANY WITHIN THE FOLLOWING 24 HOURS.
  • In imported products, delivery dates are estimated as they depend on various factors that are not in the hands of Carbotecnia. Therefore, Carbotecnia will make reasonable efforts to comply with them, but will not be responsible for it.

 

CLAIMS

 

  • Claims for any error in the content of the packages sent (whether they are missing materials, erroneous parts, malfunctions, non-compliance with specifications, etc.) must be reported in writing to Carbotecnia in no more than 30 calendar days after the date of the bill of lading or signature received. The claim must be sufficiently detailed.
  • If Carbotecnia accepts the claim, it will take the steps it deems necessary to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
  • If Carbotecnia does not accept the claim, it will ask the customer to return the package in order to verify the damage.
  • The customer will pay the shipping costs of the returned product. Once Carbotecnia receives the package, if it verifies that the claim is valid, it will refund the amount of the return shipment to the customer and will send the replacement merchandise.
  • If Carbotecnia, upon receiving the package, considers that the reported damage did not merit the return, it will notify the customer, who will have to pay for the shipment again.

 

RETURNS

 

  • The customer must make any request to return an order in writing, stating the reasons.
  • Returns of regularly inventoried merchandise can be accepted, but returns of merchandise orders that Carbotecnia requires to acquire or produce, or those corresponding to special projects, are not accepted.
  • Carbotecnia reserves the right to authorize any return.
  • The client will pay all the shipping costs derived from the return authorized by Carbotecnia. In the event that the return has been made for reasons attributable to Carbotecnia, it will reimburse the cost of the shipment to the customer.
  • The return must be made in the original packaging or in a suitable packaging.
  • In the returns authorized by Carbotecnia, one of the following charges will be made, whichever is greater:

(a) The 20% on the invoiced value of the returned merchandise; or

(b) The sum of the expenses that Carbotecnia has incurred before and after the return, including, but not limited to, the amount equivalent to materials, labor, administrative processes, engineering work, work in process and any other expense generated by Carbotecnia in relation to said order.

  • The refund of the money will be made within a period that does not affect Carbotecnia's liquidity, and by nominative check or bank transfer in the name of the natural or legal person who made the purchase.
  • The return of merchandise, including that which Carbotecnia does not normally have inventoried, or that of special projects, will only be accepted for the following reasons:
  1. By defects
  2. For hidden vices, and
  3. Due to shipping error
    • The customer must send the merchandise together with all its accessories, manuals and warranty policies.

 

WARRANTY

 

  • Carbotecnia directly guarantees the products it produces, due to manufacturing defects. The guarantee granted on the products it distributes is the one offered by the manufacturer.
  • The guarantee is considered valid only when the customer demonstrates that he has used the product in accordance with the conditions for which it was designed.
  • The guarantee that Carbotecnia offers only applies to its direct clients, and not to third parties.
  • No employee, agent or intermediary is authorized to give guarantees on behalf of Carbotecnia.
  • The return shipment approved by Carbotecnia must be made to Calle B 2105 Interior A, Colonia El Tigre, CP 45134, Zapopan, Jalisco, México, freight paid by the customer.
  • As soon as Carbotecnia receives the merchandise, it will make an inspection. If the inspection complies with the warranty conditions, the repair or exchange is carried out and the freight is reimbursed.
  • The only exceptions that are NOT automatically considered for guarantees are: for glassware in the case of bulbs, quartz for ultraviolet light systems and all the electrical components of the systems, since these can suffer voltage variations during their operation.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

 

  • The following forms of payment are accepted:
  1. In cash directly at the company for an amount no greater than $10,000.
  2. Certified check.
  3. Credit or debit card directly at the company.
  4. Pay-pal, by credit or debit card. This payment method generates a commission from 4%.
  5. Payment market; Oxxo and 7eleven. This payment method generates a commission from 4%. The customer must ask the seller for the barcode so that he can make the payment. This code is valid for 4 days.
  6. Bank deposits or electronic transfer (in national or foreign currency).

COLLECTION

 

  • All the material or product requested will be settled in cash, unless you have a current credit line and no debts.

 

CREDIT

  • To obtain a line of credit, you must first make three cash purchases, and follow the process described in the “Credit and Collection Policies”. In the process of evaluation and possible credit authorization, purchases will be in cash.
