The activated carbon is a material whose technical aspects have been poorly tackled in technical majors and engineering universities. That is why our company beyond manufacturing and commercializing these types of products has a technical department at your disposal that could make the difference.

There are 3 types of areas in assessorial:

1.	Determination to see if an activated carbon is the most competitive solution to solve a purifying problem or not.
2.	Purifying systems designs with carbon ( bibliography studies, references of 20 years of experience in the area, isotherm determination, laboratory tests at low scale and pilot tests in the field )
3.	Solution to operative problems and operation optimizing.

Regarding this last one, it is very frequent that the user is not conscious that his process is operating inefficiently and that means high operative costs, production halts and premature saturation of carbon.

Some of the operations that we make more efficient are:

	Installation and start-up of a virgin carbon without a problem
	- Adequate retro-wash of carbon used in the purifying of liquids (it is the main operative problem that causes excessive costs and a premature saturation of carbon)
	Sanitize the carbon used in purifying water correctly.
	Avoid P.H changes ( that affect the processed liquid ) when a virgin carbon is put to operation
	Avoid bubbles and canalizing of flow in carbon beds
	- Addition the activated carbon in powder so that it is used to the max in the least possible time
